Wednesday, December 29

6:21 a.m. Violation of Court Order. Caller received text from known male subject that he incoming to the residence. Caller has a no contact order.

8:37 a.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Elderly female cousin lives alone and does not have a land line, no medical issues, a history of anxiety, subjects daughter called the caller that no one can get to her residence to check on her.

9:01 a.m. Welfare Check in Volcano. Daughter unable to get a hold of her parents, one is wheelchair bound at the residence.

9:41 a.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Elderly male subject, 91 years-old, lives alone and isn’t answering the phone or cell. Phone been busy for last two hours. Last contact at 6 p.m. last night.

10:10 a.m. Log Information in Volcano. Half way up leaving Volcano caller’s black Sierra pickup is stuck and left in middle of the roadway, caller states he did not leave a note or any information with the vehicle.

10:33 a.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer/ Caller’s wife was bitten by his bird, advised she threw the bird into the wall. Caller states wife is having mental issues and lies, he is out of town and does not want his dog at the residence to be left alone.

10:44 a.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Female subject is stuck in her vehicle and cannot get out of her driveway.

10:46 a.m. Welfare Check in Fiddletown. 80 year-old female subject states she is out of gas, has no wood and is freezing.

10:53 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Pine Grove. Caller is stuck inside her gray Volkswagen SUV, slid across the driveway and now she is not able to get out of the vehicle. Caller states the gate is closed but not locked, her dog is loose in the yard.

11;12 a.m. Welfare Check in Jackson Valley. 911 hang up, on call back sounded like a child answered, heard a male voice in the background saying speak, child said no and line disconnected.

1:19 p.m. Abandoned Vehicle in Pioneer. White Jeep Wrangler blocking caller’s driveway for a couple days. Caller believes it belongs to a neighbor, but is not comfortable talking to the subject.

3:08 p.m. Supplemental Report in Plymouth. Caller stating her grandson stole items from her house and is now attempting to sell them on Craigslist with his address posted on the listing.

4:24 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller has not heard from her friend, female subject 55 years0old, for four days. Caller is concerned something may be wrong, requesting a check by law enforcement.

6:06 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller’s friend spoke with a friend that said he was out of power and had no source of heat. He is no longer answering his phone and caller is concerned something is wrong with him. Caller would like law enforcement to check on him.

7:27 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Martell. Subject at above location started threatening to assault the caller and made threatening statements after caller was putting trash in the dumpster. Per caller, he was given permission to use the dumpster from the landlord. Caller would like to speak to a deputy about the incident.

10:14 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Pine Grove. Caller’s wife is hearing someone outside of the residence. Caller is not at home and unable to check. Per caller, his wife has medical condition and may be hearing things but caller wants to make sure. Caller would like a deputy to check the property.

Friday, December 31

12:32 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller believes her husband is out of control. All parties have been drinking.

12:44 a.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Ione. Subject in a gray sweater and jeans followed the caller into the house. States the male subject followed caller into his house because he was talking to his dog. Subject thought caller was talking to him. Subject has been drinking, is headed towards the Chevron, no weapons.

1:05 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Plymouth. Loud music woke the caller up ten minutes ago, unknown exact location of where the music is coming from.

3:31 a.m. Theft of Property in Pine Grove. Caller called 911 to report 2 full five gallon gas cans were taken off her front deck sometime last night. Caller declined online reporting.

7:32 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Pioneer. Caller is extremely hard of hearing, requires assistance in bringing firewood into residence and getting generator started — fire declined to respond.

8:19 a.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller stating her cousin is texting her stating she is starving to death — advising that he was not prepared for the storm and is unable to get his vehicle out of the residence.

8:55 a.m. Theft of Property in Pioneer. Occurred early this morning, caller states his generator and drill press worth $700 were taken off his porch.

9:02 a.m. Trespassing in River Pines. Caller stating that former tenant was evicted and is now back on the property in a blue minivan refusing to leave stating that she was there to pick up her fifth wheel trailer but does not have resources to haul the trailer.

10:42 a.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller states female manager used Next Door app stating multiple elderly subjects are stuck in residence without power and low on food. Caller would like someone to contact the property manager.

11:18 a.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller requested a welfare check on household and requesting go bags. Caller advised there are 4-5 adults in the residence with 3 toddlers. They are snowed in, no functioning vehicles, no power and low on food.

11:46 a.m. Civil Standby, Keep the Peace in Jackson. Caller states meeting mother-in-law and getting items from the residence but can’t reach the subject. Caller states they had an altercation on December 25, and caller moved out. Per caller, no restraining order on file.

12:07 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Jackson. Occurred December 30 at 6 p.m., caller states he lost his wallet at casino and it was found and returned by security with nothing missing but caller is concerned his information may have been stolen.

1:07 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller states there are 2 elderly female subjects on the property with no way to get water. Per caller, the landlord left Saturday and did not hook up the generator to the water pump to feed the well water to the individuals on the property.

1:23 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Caller states his father was possibly assaulted yesterday. Medics responded to a call, when caller arrived at the residence it looked disheveled and his father looked like he was physically assaulted. Caller advised that his father has a firearm in his cane which was missing.

2:05 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Martell. Caller is an employee at above location, says a male subject in camouflage hoodie was yelling at the caller that he will hurt him when he comes out of the store. Associated with a black Mercedes Benz, unknown if subject is armed, has been drinking, or is on drugs.

2:27 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Patient at Sutter Amador requesting a check on his mother who has no power and no generator. Caller states he spoke to her today but unsure if they have enough food and water and staying warm enough.

3:30 p.m. Citizens Assist Pioneer. Caller needs help getting snow and tress out of the driveway.

4:26 p.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Willow Creek. Caller states she can hear explosions and feels the ground shaking. She is concerned for her safety and the safety of her horses. Caller attempted to contact the neighbors with no response. Caller just wants to make sure they are shooting in a safe direction.

4:29 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller states he cannot get a hold of parents. Per caller they do not have power. No medical conditions.

4:55 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller states a male subject on the side of the road is yelling and trying to flag people down. No further description.

7:04 p.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Plymouth. Fireworks are being shot into the area.

7:10 p.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Jackson Valley. Neighbor is shooting off aerial fireworks.

8:12 p.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Plymouth. Caller called 911 to report gunshots and then hung up when dispatch tried to ask caller, how many shots direction, etc.

8:52 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Physical altercation, separated, two female subjects. One is now with security and the 2nd female subject is 5’4”, black hair, black Raiders sweater headed down Buena Vista Road. No medical required.

9:03 p.m. Welfare Check in Volcano. Caller requesting a check on his friend. Last spoke at approximately 11 a.m. today, friend not answering phone now. Caller concerned as he has no power and was not forthcoming with his situation concerning snow and access.

9:27 p.m. Log Information in Plymouth. Large group of people are shooting fireworks in the street of the Mobile Manor.

9:27 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. Verbal altercation, separated. Caller states female subject has been drinking and will not allow the caller to go to bed, she is upset he is not staying up with her.

10:38 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pine Grove. Noise, ongoing issue — 2 dirt bikes making noise for the last 30 minutes.

10:44 p.m. Log Information in Pine Grove. Tree on fire — tree exploded, possible fireworks. No further description, caller hard of hearing.

Saturday, January 1

12:06 a.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Pine Grove. 1 minute ago, heard 10 shots fired in front of her house, unknown caliber. Thought she heard an animal screaming between shots. Not sure if sound was fireworks. Doesn’t hear any parties or see any people.

12:12 a.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Pioneer. 4-5 gunshots fired, large caliber. Sounds like shots are getting closer. No persons seen. Caller states he is sure these are not fireworks. Caller requesting law enforcement do a drive by.

2:01 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Plymouth. Caller states unknown space has been using a karaoke machine since 7 p.m. Caller wants to remain anonymous.

11:03 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Pine Grove. Caller states they are low on fuel for generator and would like some help to get some.

11:23 a.m. Burglary in Jackson Valley. Occurred sometime last night. Caller states power tools and other items were taken from the show and unknown items taken from the concession. Working on inventory, unknown total value as of yet.

12:07 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Last contact at 11:30 a.m. Caller states friend does not have power or water and called the caller crying and his phone is now dead and concerned for friend’s well-being. Per caller friend may have mental issues.

12:43 p.m. Theft of Property in Pioneer. Caller states male subject, brown hat, white shirt and jeans came onto the property and took the caller’s metal burn ring worth $500-$800. Per caller he can see the subject and item on the neighbor’s property. Unknown if subject has weapons, has been drinking, or is on drugs.

2 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller states friend called caller saying they are without power or food and generator stopped working. Per caller no medical conditions associated with subject.

2:33 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller states he has not heard from his parents, Per caller no medical conditions.

3:12 p.m. Found Property Report in Ione. Found an ATM card at Golden 1 left in the ATM.

5:15 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Plymouth. Male customer, red beard, black leather jacket has been drinking. Was in a verbal altercation with other customers, then with staff. Subject was drunk and threatened to leave so staff ordered the subject a pizza to calm him down. Left on a turquoise motorcycle. Unknown if subject has weapons.

5:25 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Pioneer. Caller is rambling about a subject that threatened the caller to stay away from certain thrift stores and now caller does not feel safe at home requesting extra patrol. Caller also has no heat or power, per caller they are in pain but declined medical.

6:21 p.m. Suspicious Person in Martell. Caller states there is a subject in dark clothing walking on the side of the road. Unknown if subject has weapons, has been drinking, or is on drugs.

6:34 p.m. Welfare Check in Martell. Caller is a manager states a male subject in dark clothes is slumped over the wheel in a silver PT Cruiser. Unknown if subject has weapons, has been drinking or if subject is on drugs.

7:38 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Eastbound Highway y88, caller states a male subject in dark clothes is walking on the side of the road. Unknown if subject has weapons, has been drinking, or is on drugs.

8:24 p.m. Lost Property in Jackson Valley. Occurred today between noon and 3:30 p.m. Caller states his tenant paid him 6 months rent in advance in cash and caller has lost the envelope containing $10,000 in cash. unknown exactly where it was lost.

11:15 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Volcano. 5 minutes ago, caller heard someone honking the horn to his purple 95 Ford Ranger - vehicle was unlocked. Caller advised power is out at residence and entry to property will require a 4 wheel drive due to snow. No persons seen.

Sunday, January 2

1:47 a.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller is 95 year-old male stating propane is out, generator will not work, wants law enforcement to come out to his house and light a fire in his fireplace for him. Caller has a caregiver in the house but was unable to articulate why she could not start the fire for him.

2:28 a.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Sutter Creek. Caller states she hears strange noises coming from her neighbor’s house. Caller states house has been vacant for several years Caller does not see any lights on in the residence and cannot see any people in the area.

3:58 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson 3 subjects are in the garage at above location arguing, no further description.

8:02 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Pine Grove. Caller is out of propane and wood for heat. He is home alone with caregiver.

8:19 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Sutter Creek. Caller called requesting a hotel voucher and assistance with sick animal care.

8:39 a.m. Motor Vehicle Accident - Property Damage Only in Silver Lake. Vehicle slid off road into embankment. Non-injury. White Chevy Tahoe SUV.

8:44 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Volcano. Caller out of Propane requesting assistance. Unable to get through to PG&E when called.

8:54 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Pioneer. Caller need gas for her generator. She is home alone with her kids and does not drive.

9:18 a.m. Burglary in Jackson. Occurred sometime last might. Caller states entrance gate was out and locked shed on property was broken into, unknown what was taken.

9:47 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Fiddletown. Caller states friends residence has large green stickers and tags on doors and vehicle that say do not enter or you will be arrested and was told law enforcement placed them there. Caller would like to know what they are for.

12:32 p.m. Trespassing in Pine Grove. Caller states multiple vehicles are parked alongside of the roadway and plying in the snow in peoples yards after caller advised them it was private property. Unknown if subject have weapons, have been drinking, or are on drugs.

1:26 p.m. Suspicious Person and Vehicle in Martell. Behind building, caller states 2 female subjects, in black clothing, unknown ages, are using drugs. Associated with a silver SUV. Unknown if subject have weapons, or if alcohol is involved as well.

4:09 p.m. Disturbing the Peace in Jackson Valley. Caller states friend left the residence after an argument and walked down the street, while on the phone the friend returned and caller would like a deputy to come talk to him about the incident.

5:10 p.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Pioneer. Caller received information from a relator showing his property that a silver pickup was left on the property. Caller does not know who it belongs to or when it was put there. Caller also has a trailer on the property and wants to make sure no one is squatting in the trailer and check to see if the vehicle is stolen.

6:49 p.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Pioneer. Received information about looters in the area from someone who has no power or food at above residence.

8:05 p.m. Be on the Lookout in Martell. Red Jeep Cherokee, elderly male driver. Vehicle is all over the roadway and off and on the sidewalks.

9:20 p.m. Annoying Phone Calls in Plymouth. Caller states a known subject has been continuously calling the caller today. No threats made, no restraining order on file. Caller would like assistance.

11 p.m. Vehicle Accident - Major Injury/Fatal in Pine Grove. 1/4 mile east of Tabeaud, vehicle over embankment only visible by taillights, Rory’s towing standing by. Unknown if vehicle is occupied.

Monday, January 3

12:41 a.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Pioneer. Caller can see what looks like a flashlight moving around inside the home. Per caller, she known the neighbors and the home should be vacant. Per caller it is a vacation home. Unknown associated vehicles.

1:32 a.m. Suspicious Circ*mstances in Pioneer. Husband left residence in a 2011 red Jeep around 3 p.m. and has not returned and not answering the phone for the last hour. Per caller, husband spoke to son and he was at Taco Bell an hour ago, and he was at Rancho Murieta around 9 p.m. Caller thinks he is somewhere between Jackson and caller’s residence.

8:30 a.m. Burglary in Pioneer. Cold, occurred sometime in the last 10 days. Gate lock cut, front door damage, caller states entire house has items missing.

8:35 a.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Friend, approximately 60 years-old. No one has talked to the subject and she has not posted on social media since Thanksgiving.

9:03 a.m. Citizens Assistance in Jackson. Caller is with security, tan Chevy pickup with trailer has been parked in lot along the wall since yesterday. No one seen around the vehicle., requesting help in locating owner as it is too large to tow.

9:58 a.m. Suspicious Vehicle in Pioneer. Just before the caller’s driveway, blue Civic backed up partially up to motorhome. Caller has not seen those vehicles before. Pitbull in vehicle, no one seen. Vehicle is full like someone is living in it.

10:34 a.m. Disturbing the Peace in Pioneer. County Roads out with white F350 occupied by a male driver blocking the road refusing to move, not allowing workers to plow.

11:38 a.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Elderly couple out of propane and on Hospice.

2:40 p.m. Theft of Property in Pine Grove. Bearcat woodchopper was with known subject last two years. Caller got out of prison and early October it went missing from the property.

3:05 p.m. Citizens Assistance in Pine Grove. Caller states he does not have power and low on fuel for the generator. Per caller not noted in.

5:55 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller states he has no power, heat, or water and has a broken hip so can’t feed or water horses. Per caller, due to the snow he can’t get out of the driveway.

7:38 p.m. Welfare Check in Pine Grove. Caller states neighbor, elderly, approximately 65 years old, with one leg has generator running even though power is back Caller is worried something is wrong since she has not seen him in a few days.

10:10 p.m. Indiscriminate Shooting in Pioneer. 8 shots heard, high caliber.

11:17 p.m. Welfare Check in Pioneer. Caller calling 911 stating that he and his wife are “freezing to death” advising that have not been able to get propane deliveries.
